Due to an overwhelming positive response, a second lecture will be held on the 16th of August (TODAY) in Happy Paws Clinic, starting at 18.00.
We again invite you to the lecture "How to speak to a dog", presented by Anna Rahn, a biologist, veterinary nurse and qualified dog trainer.
Anna has participated in international courses and workshops held by the world’s best animal behaviourists and animal trainers, like Ian Dunbar, Simon Prins, Raymond Coppinger, Sabrina Brando and many others.
The seminar will take place at Happy Paws Animal Clinic in Marsa.
Duration of the lecture is 2 hours.
The lecture is for all those who want to learn more about dog language and behaviour or improve their relations with their pets.
It will be the theoretic part, so please come without your pets.
Practical part will be organized on request.
Issues discussed during the lecture:
* how dogs perceive the world
* dog's nose - what is the importance of sniffing in dog's life
* signals of aggression presented by dogs
* calm signals presented by dogs
* analysis of dog's behaviours
* why do dogs bite?
The lecture will only be available in English.
The EUR 15 is a donation contributed to Happy Paws Charity Organisation to buy medicine for the sick stray animals that are brought to Happy Paws Animal Clinic everyday for treatment.
